Meet Sally
I’m Sally — a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, the face behind Rhiza, and a life-long lover of food. My heart is for wading through conflicting information in pursuit of truth, as I work to build a vibrant life, in line with God’s design. My husband and I live in Boise, Idaho where we enjoy hiking, biking, skiing, snowboarding, swimming, and floating down the river. Just about anything active and outside. When I’m not working with clients or running around outside, you’ll likely find me in the kitchen, at coffee with a friend, or tucked behind a good book.
What is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional Therapy is a holistic, root-cause approach to wellness that focuses on restoring health and balance through nutrient-dense whole foods, individualized nutrition planning, and supportive lifestyle adjustments.
Developed by practitioners trained through the Nutritional Therapy Association (NTA), this approach emphasizes that each body is unique—requiring a bio-individual plan rather than one-size-fits-all advice
Nutritional Therapy Is Not:
A one-size-fits-all diet or rigid meal plan
A branded cleanse or supplement program
A quick fix or symptom-chasing approach
A substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment
Judgmental or perfection-based—it's flexible, supportive, and personalized
